My many years of sales add value to the often fluctuating Real Estate environment. I grew up working in a family business at an Amoco gas station in the rural areas of NC. There, I learned the core concepts of business, customer service, and relationships. Helping my parents in our Amoco gas station was the start of many years of positive sales results.When hired as a General Manager in Automotive, I immediately reflected on these very important lessons and values. Today I carry them with me and strive to give you the very best Real Estate experience possible.

I had to quickly sell my home and purchase another. Mrs. Perkins-Mack was recommended by a friend. I contacted her and she came to the house within two days. She did a walk-through of our home and gave recommendations to help it "show" well. We had offers within two weeks. When the offer fell through, Mrs. Perkins-Mack was very encouraging--telling us not to despair, that we would get another offer-AND WE DID!! One that was better than the one that fell through. This was a very trying time for me. Mrs. Perkins-Mack was very professional, caring, sympathetic and uplifting. I told her what I wanted in a home and what I was willing to pay. I have never met anyone as knowledgeable a Ms. Mack. She is incredible. Just when you think the home you are looking for will not be found or something comes up with the paper work to close, she is right in there handling it all the way. I have become confident in her negotiations skills. She gives you faith to believe things are possible. She says trust me and human nature says no, trust what, but she comes through. She doesn't mind telling you to walk away too if it isn't right or if things don't seem right.
